Jamaican native Shennell Louden is the author of a children's picture book called Little Tommy's Great Adventures. She enjoys writing stories that entertain and empower children. Ms. Louden holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication from Northern Caribbean University in Jamaica, and began writing stories to help empower her students where she volunteered at an Early Childhood Centre in the beautiful Ocho Rios, Jamaica. The storytelling was a means to help build the confidence of students who experienced difficulty communicating. Ms. Louden found that her positive and fun-loving stories had such a tremendous impact on the children that she wanted to make them available to a wider audience.
