Rosalie Fawkes[spacer height="20px"]

Rosalie Fawkes has authored the book, An Illustrated History Of The Bahamas YWCA which is available as a free download. Ms. Fawkes B.A., M. Edu., a veteran music and English teacher, taught at Queen’s College Secondary School for twenty-three years and spent an additional five years at Lyford Cay School.[spacer height="10px"]

For over forty years Rosalie was active in the music ministry of several churches and operated a school for piano studies.[spacer height="10px"]

Currently she serves as the General Secretary for The Young Women’s Christian Association of The Bahamas, an organization that she has been involved with since childhood.[spacer height="10px"]

Along with family members, Miss Fawkes remains actively engaged in the preservation of her father’s legacy and is the curator for the digitized archival collection of the late Sir Randol F. Fawkes found at www.sirrandolfawkes.com
